That moment when you realise something and it hits you like a lightening bolt. It isn’t just soft and calm but it’s so powerful that it almost knocks you over. And the moment after this realisation when you do not know what to do or how to handle it. Life was going okay and then boom it hit you, and it always hits you at the weirdest times or the most inappropriate times. Times when you should be happy or times when your mind should be concentrating on something else. And then out of nowhere this powerful though goes rushing through you. And then what? What do you do after that? Pretend like it never happened? Hope it will go away? Or sit there and think about it constantly? Deal with it?
